Stainless Line
This NORMBAU programme offers products that suits almost every building style: classic and aesthetic door levers, pull handles and entrance pulls, door stops, security furniture and window handles made of stainless steel (AISI 316). The range guarantees the best choice for all appliances with regard to form and function.
Clean lines, round profiles and basic geometrical designs are the features of the NORMBAU STAINLESS LINE. The diametre of the door levers and pull handles ensures a firm and secure grip. The pull handles and levers co-ordinate with handrails as well as with window- and cabinet handles. This clear concept also applies to the balustrades and handrails. |

| A main feature of the austenitic stainless steel used by NORMBAU is an especially high resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The material has proved itself even with high usage and also maintains its properties in chlorine containing areas and in atmospheres with sulphuric acid (e.g. coastal areas).Therefore use on ships and in the chemical industry is possible. |

Nylon Line
NORMBAU architectural products in Nylon are designed to enhance the character of a building from the entrance to the interior. Clean lines, round profiles and basic geometrical design are attractive aesthetical features. This wide range of architectural products is a unique combination of design and function - a key element for the architect. A harmonious structural building medium that suits almost any building style.
Steel cored levers, pull handles, handrails and balustrades guarantee stability and fracture resistance. Nylon is antistatic, easy to clean and impervious to weathering and UV-light. It is a poor conductor of heat, making it comfortable to the touch. |

Combi Line
The combination of the technical and aesthetic characteristics of stainless steel and Nylon offered by the NORMBAU COMBI LINE are ideal for the architect and the basis for a harmonious combination of material and function. This product range is characterised by the combination of round and semicircular profiles and the mix of stainless steel and Nylon materials.

Normbau handrails and balustrades are available in a range of materials and coloured finishes that enable a specifier, when required, to match corporate colours. The exeptional finish of the products and their attention to detail ensures a high quality installation. |

The five basic systems:
- Nylon - using nylon-sleeved galvanised steel components.
- Stainless steel - unsing stainless steel components.
- Timber - using four basic types of timber, in conjunction with either
nylon- sleeved galvanised steel or stainless steel components.
- Combi - using a combination of nylon-sleeved galvanised steel and
stainless steel components.
- 3kN - using larger diameter stainless steel uprights to resist the
greater loadings required for certain buildings, e.g. assembly
buildings. |
