It is about turning knowledge into action and creating a stronger foundation for the decisions we make in the future. <\/p><p>That journey is reflected in our 2025 ESG Report, which we are pleased to present.<\/p><p>Since publishing last year\u2019s report, we have strengthened our data foundation, further developed our ESG reporting and implemented a number of the initiatives we set out to achieve. This year\u2019s report has been prepared in accordance with the voluntary European VSME standard, providing a more structured framework for our ESG reporting and supporting our continued work with environmental, social and governance matters. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f14e6cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f14e6cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Highlights from this year\u2019s progress include:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-79a8bb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"79a8bb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>A stronger data foundation for measuring climate and environmental impacts<\/li><li>Continued transition of our company car fleet to electric vehicles<\/li><li>Increased focus on paper-based packaging and reducing plastic use<\/li><li>More products with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)<\/li><li>Continued focus on employee well-being, skills development and a safe working environment<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec63435 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec63435\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the foreword to the report, CEO Torben Jensen explains how ESG is about far more than meeting expectations and future requirements.
