At Randi, ESG is no longer just about understanding where we stand. It is about turning knowledge into action and creating a stronger foundation for the decisions we make in the future.
That journey is reflected in our 2025 ESG Report, which we are pleased to present.
Since publishing last year’s report, we have strengthened our data foundation, further developed our ESG reporting and implemented a number of the initiatives we set out to achieve. This year’s report has been prepared in accordance with the voluntary European VSME standard, providing a more structured framework for our ESG reporting and supporting our continued work with environmental, social and governance matters.
Highlights from this year’s progress include:
- A stronger data foundation for measuring climate and environmental impacts
- Continued transition of our company car fleet to electric vehicles
- Increased focus on paper-based packaging and reducing plastic use
- More products with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
- Continued focus on employee well-being, skills development and a safe working environment
In the foreword to the report, CEO Torben Jensen explains how ESG is about far more than meeting expectations and future requirements. It is about developing Randi with a long-term perspective, strengthening relationships with customers and business partners, and creating a stronger foundation for future decision-making.
The ESG Report also serves as an important tool in our continued development. It provides a shared framework for monitoring our progress, setting new objectives and turning ambitions into tangible initiatives – creating long-term value for our customers, business partners and employees alike.
